Recently read 2 books which had won the very famous prize and sharing the tips to crack the prize. Yes, you can do it!!

  • 300+ pages is a must

  • Choose the place were you have born and brought up as the location of your novel. Remember only uneasy settings of your place and it has to get narrated diplomatically. (Very important!! Added adavantage if you and me are from the same country. Its a very lovable country.)

  • Don’t have less than 10 characters. Set all the characters intense with a gloomy background. Detail the main characters (3-4) one in each chapter sequentially and in the very next chapter narrate other characters together and in the very next chapter tie the characters each other with a tragic twist.

  • For sure, you will remember your 2-3 bad experiences of yours or your neighbors. Thread them to the narration.

  • Hire a Prof. English literature from a well known university to make sure a literary flow and for "Foreword". Definitely include "Dedicated to", "Preface", "Plot" and whatever 2-3 liner pages you like to have.

  • You could also take a story from a very old movie in the world. Yeah, there are 7 continents (Don't know if i am wrong!). Or there could be no story also. Just chain of events with a big bang end will do.

As usual, reader's improvement and additions to the list are welcome.
