24-year-old Prathibha was raped and murdered by the cab driver Shivakumar who went to her house for ferrying her to the office but instead took her to an an isolated place and committed the crime.

this crime happened in 2005. by this time the cab driver would have forgotten the reason why he is going to be punished. the judicial system is all open to the criminals in our country. criminals should feel hard for their crimes.
